Peter Smith 

Senior Architect 

Peter is a RIBA Chartered Architect who studied for his degree, post graduate diploma

and Chartership In the UK. 

Peter has a strong technical ability and has gained over a decade of experience managing a multi-discipline design office together with providing design assurance for multi-million pound schemes; he has delivered the principle/lead designer role as part of a multi-discipline team for complex projects from inception through to completion.

He has a keen interest in sustainability and the integration of key principles within the built environment for refurbishments, change of use or new build developments; he has carried out several design phase environment pre-assessments to highlight quick wins and opportunities. Peter has both local & UK design experience working across a wide range of sectors including Residential, Retail, Healthcare, Industrial, Nuclear and Leisure. His local involvement includes A.S Coopers Front Street Building, Sandy’s 360- Sandy’s Middle School and Bermuda Public Storage Facility together with various residential work.
