The owners of this beautiful two storey home, asked OBMI to turn their enclosed and outdated kitchen into a more functional, open plan kitchen dining and living room space which would also allow for seamless transition to the adjacent patio area. Two large folding door systems and an over-sized kitchen window also introduced much needed natural light.

This project scope was a full reconfiguration of the main level of home, including living room, dining room and kitchen, new flooring both levels of the residence, and a complete interior refresh and redesign of staircase and railings.

In addition to many other improvements to the home, a state-of-the art kitchen and staircase was designed and created with the help of Knot Finished, an overseas cabinet maker and woodworker based in Georgia, USA.
