Mailboxes
In celebration of their 30th Anniversary Mailboxes moved locations into the Rosebank Centre on Bermudiana Road. Under new direction, Mailboxes was on a mission to be the most customer-centric, innovative, and dynamic shipping company on island.
The 3,000 square foot space, once a local Banking Hall, has now been transformed into a vibrant state-of-the-art environment where customers collect and drop off their parcels taking advantage of all the first-rate services provided by Mailboxes.
The space is sleek, spacious and bold. OBMI aimed for an upscale industrial look which is accented by a partially open ceiling with red acoustical baffles. The ceiling serves both acoustic and visual purposes and is by far one of the focal points within the space.
The client wanted a large service counter to service as many customers as possible, at one time. The counter delineates the public and private spaces, whilst maintaining the desired open feeling. OBMI worked closely with the client and their graphic designer to locate and inspire graphic pieces to align the walls. With outdoor parking an offloading area and open storage, this new space alleviates the congestion it once held for over 20 years.
“OBMI has worked with Mailboxes Unlimited since 1980, and we are proud to be a part of their remarkable journey of development and growth. We are also honored to have helped this new team leap into 2020 with style.”
