In summer 2004, OBM International and the critically acclaimed, Emmy-Award winning television series This Old House finished the nearly US$1 million renovation of a 19th century, Georgian-style residence named Harbour View. This once distressed home is now the shining star of the neighborhood.

To achieve this, the residence was enlarged and the floor plan opened up by connecting the main house to an existing guest cottage. Then, the living room was expanded to flow outside to the veranda, becoming an elegant setting for entertaining. The large kitchen, powder room, dining room and two upstairs bedroom suites also underwent a major overhaul.

A new roof and Mexican inspired patio completed Harbour View. Today, this spectacular residence enjoys modern amenities and layout, yet it continues to preserve the character of its past.
