OBMI Bermuda is proud to collaborate with the Bermuda Tourism Authority (BTA) in its efforts to promote and grow accessibility awareness in Bermuda. As part of the collaboration, OBMI will co-host a series of free webinars, that will focus on ways to enhance accessibility across the island.
The intent of these webinars is to highlight the Accessible Solutions program from OBMI, a program that was developed to equip residents, businesses, and Airbnb property owners with the knowledge and expertise required to create a more accessible experience for those who live, work and visit Bermuda.
Each webinar will be facilitated by a design expert from the OBMI team and will illustrate specific ways to incorporate architecture, interior design, and landscape architecture into accessibility. The team will also share past and present projects where the scope included the integration of the Accessible Solutions.
You will be surprised to learn how just minor upgrades can make the world of difference to those with mobility and vision challenges.
